  • By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms described below.

1. No Returns / No Refunds

All sales on bharatbigbazaar.com are final.We do not accept returns and do not provide refunds for products purchased on our website, except in the very limited circumstances described in Section 3 below.

2. No RTO (Return-to-Origin)

We do not accept RTO requests.
If a package is returned to us by the courier due to buyer refusal, incorrect address provided by the buyer, or any reason attributable to the buyer, we will not issue a refund. In such cases:
The order will be marked as returned and the customer will be notified.
Any shipping and return shipping charges incurred will be deducted from any future store credit, if offered at our discretion.
We reserve the right to charge a restocking or handling fee if we agree to resend the item.

3. Exceptions — Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Item

We understand issues can happen during shipping. For quality control issues we will consider replacement only under these strict conditions:
You must report the problem within 48 hours of delivery by emailing Shop@bharatbigbazaar.com with:
  • Order number
  • Clear photos or video showing the damage/defect or the wrong item received
  • Delivery details and any other relevant information
After we review your claim, if approved, we will either:
  • Send a replacement item (subject to stock availability), or Provide store credit (at our discretion).
  • We do not provide cash refunds for damaged/defective/wrong items unless required by applicable law.

4. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be canceled only before they are dispatched. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
If you need to cancel, contact us immediately at Shop@bharatbigbazaar.com and include your order number. We will attempt to cancel if the order has not been shipped.

5. How We Evaluate Claims

All claims for damage, defect, or incorrect item are subject to verification by our team.
We may request the item be returned to us for inspection at our discretion. If a return is authorized for inspection, we will provide instructions — unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

6. Exchange Policy

We do not offer direct exchanges. If a replacement is approved under Section 3, it will be processed as a new shipment. Any differences in price must be paid by the customer (if higher) or may be issued as store credit (if lower), at our discretion.

7. Shipping Charges

Original shipping charges are non-refundable. If we approve a replacement shipment, we will decide whether to cover the shipping cost or charge the customer based on the reason for replacement.
